Remote WMI is disable by default in windows 10.
Many steps are needed to read or write WMI settings from a remote computer.
On the remote computer you need to :
- Set Actual Network to Private.
- Enable File & Print Sharing.
- Enable Firewall WMI.
- Disable TokenFilterPolicy.
